We are on the 2nd Floor of the Kojak Building in Motor City, opposite the Autodrome. Enter from the back of the building and there is plenty of free parking outside or in the basement.
We recommend iyengar yoga which focuses on alignment or hatha flow which is slow moving and precise or yin yoga if you wish to increase flexibility and experience deep relaxation!
We strongly recommend all our beginners come to the pilates reformer introductory class FIRST (every Saturday 11:00am – pre book only), this is essential before moving onto our beginner classes, you will learn how to use the machines safely and effectively. Once you have increased your strength and stability your instructor will advise you to move to Level 1 or Level 2 or you might like to try a pilates mat class.
Comfortable and stretchy clothing for both yoga and pilates classes.
You need to get your Doctor’s to approve your return to exercise.
We strongly recommend that you only take very gentle exercise and return to us at 12 weeks with your Doctors approval.

Yes, you can freeze your package for 1 month per year and you cannot split this time up.
You can pay as you go for all group classes, excluded Pilates reformer. The pilates introductory class (essential for all beginners to attend) thereafter you will need to buy a pack of 5, 10 or 20.
