Our Policies

On your first visit, you will be required to fill out the studio Registration Form. Please be sure to carefully read the Terms and Conditions of our Studio before signing the disclaimer and indicate any physical injuries or special health conditions that may require our attention. If you do have any injuries please let your instructor know, as this will help her adjust the program to your needs.
Please check in at the Reception before entering the studio for class even if you have reserved a space in advance.
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your class is due to commence. Late arrivals are not permitted once the class is in progress due to safety primary and out of consideration to other participants and the instructor.
While you can schedule individual classes, we have pre-set packages designed to save you money and offer you flexibility in attending classes. Please check our up-to-date package details online or come in to the studio to find out.
All classes/sessions must be paid in advance. The studio accepts cash and credit cards (Visa/MasterCard/Apple Pay).
Reservations for private sessions and group classes can be made in person, by telephone, via the Naya Yoga and Pilates App or online. To guarantee a place in the class, pre-registration is strongly encouraged.
To change or cancel a booking, please provide a minimum 6-hour notice for group classes & a 24-hour notice for private and semi-private sessions. A failure to do so will mean your class will be charged.
All Packages have expiration dates. Please check your specific package for its validity. We are unable to offer refunds unless you are medically unfit to participate and provide a medical certificate to that effect. Packages cannot be refunded, transferred, or credited to either a future package or another student.
If you discover, or suspect, you are pregnant, please advise us before you commence another class. Prenatal classes are the only suitable sessions for our expecting mothers - regardless of the number of weeks of gestation. The remainder of your classes will be held in credit and could be utilized towards prenatal sessions or towards any program after you deliver.
Kindly turn off mobile phones or set them to silent when in class. If you are waiting for an emergency call, please keep your phone on vibrate and with you.
